QXL forced circulation hot water boiler

Structure introduction:

Yingkou luyuan boiler is A class A boiler manufacturer. It is A single-pot forced circulating hot water boiler.The water cooling wall of the furnace is a membrane water cooling screen structure. 1-3 water cooling screens are arranged in the furnace. Steel serpentine tube is used for the convection tube bundle.

Main features:

1. Tall furnace, large combustion space, good separation of dust inertia.

2. The middle water cooling screen is arranged in the furnace, and the temperature field in the furnace is even.

3. The furnace is equipped with a three-stage dust removal device, equipped with a folding Angle, finning type slag cooling pipe and tail louver. The dust discharge concentration at the rear of the boiler is low.

4. The furnace adopts membrane water cooling wall, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is high, both exceeding 82%.

5. Convection heating surface using ф 51 serpentine GuanShun column layout, less dust, heat transfer effect is good.

6. The steel frame is designed to resist magnitude 8 earthquake intensity. There are platforms near the door holes, which are arranged symmetrically to facilitate boiler operation and maintenance.
