The evaporation-cooled waste heat boiler produced by yingkou lvyuan boiler is used to cool the high temperature (1000 ℃ ~ 1400 ℃) generated in the process of electric furnace smelting through the water-wall pipe of the evaporation-cooled flue pipe. On the one hand, the temperature of high-temperature flue gas can be reduced to facilitate dust removal.On the other hand, a large amount of steam is generated to achieve the purpose of waste heat recovery.The vaporization cooling equipment consists of a drum, a deaerator, a feed pump, a circulating pump, a combustion chamber, and a vaporization flue.The high temperature flue gas containing dust (about 1050℃) passes through the combustion chamber slowly. At this point, the coarse particle dust settles in the combustion chamber under the action of gravity. Then the flue gas of the electric furnace enters the vaporization flue and is further cooled to about 600℃.Finally, the flue gas enters the ventilation and dust removal pipeline.
